If your gate will not drop, check the battery strength inside the control box using a multi-meter. Make sure it is 12 volts or higher, if it is lower, recharge the battery. The actuator can pull the lever at lower voltage, but isn’t recommended as it could have a week attempt and not pull with enough force to drop the gate.
Recheck the connections inside the control box and that none of the connections have loosened or corroded.
Check the batteries inside the onsite remote, press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds and watch for the light to come on. If the light doesn’t come on, check the battery or replace it. If it doesn’t drop, try re-syncing the onsite remote to the control box.
Try doing the manual RF trigger from the camera. If it doesn’t drop, try re-syncing the camera to the control box.
