Shipping and Insurance
United States Orders:
- Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- Guaranteed Express: JAGER PRO®, Inc. will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after your order is received. Guaranteed! We will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.
- Overnight Air Express: Your in-stock orders placed before 11:30 AM Central Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. For this service, add $23 to Standard Express rate ($33 for AK and HI).
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories allow 1-2 additional days for delivery.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Overnight Air Express orders placed after 11:30 AM Central Time will ship the following business day.
- Shipping dates valid for in-stock items only.
- Large and/or heavy items will require additional shipping charges.
Lost or damaged shipment:
Shipments within the USA are insured 100%. You must notify us no later than 30 days past the shipping date. Lost packages shipped by UPS may be claimed as soon as UPS online tracking system indicates the package is lost.
