How to Fix SIM Card Reading Issues
If your camera is having trouble connecting, it’s often due to an issue reading the SIM card. Start by making sure the card is present, undamaged, and fully inserted.
To remove it, gently push the card inward—it’s spring-loaded and will pop out. Carefully take it out without dropping or damaging it. Use a pencil eraser to lightly clean the brass contacts, then blow off any residue before reinserting it securely. 
If you’re in the field, you can simply remove and reinsert the card a few times to help clean the contacts.
If the issue continues, try using a card from another working camera to see if performance improves. This can help determine if the problem is with the card itself.
