Keeping your camera up to date ensures it performs reliably in the field! In this guide, we’ll walk you through a simple process so that your JAGER PRO® camera runs the latest firmware.
Step 1: Download the Firmware
Start by visiting the official JAGER PRO firmware page at my.jagerpro.com/download. From there, locate and download the correct firmware file for your specific camera model.
Step 2: Save the File to Your SD Card
Once downloaded, transfer the firmware file to a formatted SD card. You can either drag and drop the file or use “Save As” to place it directly on the card.
Important: Do not rename the file. It must remain exactly as stated in the download file for the update to work properly. In this example we are using an ATT-MINE-4P that states AMINE4P.OTA.
Step 3: Insert the SD Card and Begin the Update
Insert the SD card into your camera and switch the device to SETUP mode.
Press the MENU button, navigate to the third tab labeled System, and scroll down to FW Update.
- Press OK
- Select YES
- Allow the camera to complete the process
Step 4: Verify the Firmware Version
After the process is complete, stay in the System tab and select Information.
Confirm the following:
- Firmware version: ATT-MINE-4P
- DSP date: 2022/04/19
If these match, your update was successful.
