Delete Account

Delete Your JAGER PRO^® Account:

At JAGER PRO^®, we understand that circumstances may arise where you no longer wish to use our services. If you decide to delete your account, you may submit a request by emailing cameradepartment@jagerpro.com, or by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your JAGER PRO^® account using your username and password.
2. Navigate to the Contact Us page on the website.
3. Submit a Contact Us ticket requesting account deletion, or contact our team by phone at 706-718-9789.

Our support team will respond during business hours.

For security purposes, we will only process account deletion requests submitted from the email address associated with the account.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all account data and information, except for records related to past purchases, payments, and orders associated with your JAGER PRO^® account. This includes any saved settings, preferences, and camera data. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered, and the same email address will not be eligible to register a new account or be changed to another existing account.
