If your system is running slow or the Live button isn’t responding, learning how to fix your app can quickly resolve the issue.
How to Refresh Your App on iPhone and Android
The first step to fixing your app is closing it completely and reopening it. This clears any background activity that may be causing problems.
From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom and pause in the middle of the screen. This will show all apps currently running. Swipe left or right to find your app, then swipe up to close it.
After you fix your app by reopening it, most lag issues or Live button errors are usually resolved.
If you’re using Android, the process to refresh your app is just as simple.
Tap the App Overview button (next to the Home and Back buttons). This will display all running apps. You can either tap “Close All” or swipe up on the app you want to close.
Once you refresh your app and open it again, performance should improve.
Advanced Fix (Android Only)
If a basic attempt to refresh your app doesn’t fix the issue, Android users can take an extra step by clearing cache and data.
Long press the app and tap the (i) icon to open settings. You can also go to Settings > Apps > JAGER PRO app > Storage.
From there:
- Clear cache
- Then clear data
This deeper method to fix the app may require you to log back in, but it can fix more persistent problems.
Final Step to Fully Refresh Your App
If none of the previous steps work, the best way to fully refresh your app is to uninstall and reinstall it.
Long press the app and select uninstall. After removing it, restart your phone to clear any remaining data. Then reinstall the app from the Apple App store or Google Play store by searching “jagerpro camera mgmt.”
