To allow others to operate your camera follow these steps.
The person you are sharing the camera with will need to create their own my.jagerpro.com account and download the mobile app to their phone. Attempting to share a camera before this step will push them to an uncreated account causing errors. Once this is completed, then you can share your camera to their account.
You can’t share a camera through the web portal, it must be done from the JAGER PRO app. From your account on the app, select the camera you want to share and tap the three-dot three-line menu icon, then tap on Share Camera. This will open the share camera page where you can tap on their name and input it via the keypad. Input their email address, then the type of access you wish to grant them (this can be changed). Admin access gives them full control of the camera, guest access only allows them to view the photos.
Once you are done, hit Send Invite. It will send them an email notification where they will have to approve the sharing. Once they approve the sharing, then they can open their app and see your camera under the Shared Camera folder.
To change the access type, tap on Account in the bottom right, then tap on Shared Camera Management. This will show all the cameras you have shared, tap on the camera you shared. This will show everyone you have shared the camera with, tapping on their name will allow you to change between Admin or Guest access. If they have not accepted the sharing yet, it will have an option to resend the invite.
If you want to remove someone from access to the camera, follow the previous steps until you get to their name. Swipe left to open the option to Delete, then tap on Delete.
