My batteries died, now it’s not working?

If your batteries died or when the batteries go low, it automatically turns Send Mode and/or SMS control (Realtime) to off in an effort to conserve the remaining battery power. Recheck the settings, ensure that send mode is set to instant and SMS control (Realtime) is on.

If you are having issues with a Live Streaming camera and your batteries died, put 12 AA batteries into the battery tray and move the switch to On. When the Live Streaming camera reaches low power, it will go into a power save mode and not come back on using an external 12V power source and must have all batteries in the battery tray to turn back on. After 24 hours, the internal lithium-ion battery will have had time to recharge and the AA batteries can be removed and will operate off of the 12V external power source.
