I am getting dark pictures at night

If you are seeing dark pictures at night, the ambient light sensor may not be working properly. Turn your camera off then on again and see if this resolves the issue.

Check your camera settings under System and set your flash power to “high”.

It could be a timing issue where the cameras IR lights are emitting but the timing is off and flashing before or after the photo was taken.

If you are having this issue and power cycling doesn’t resolve the issue, call for support since this issue can’t be fixed.
