This is only for our older 3G texting model cameras.

  • 11 or 26: Improper SIM plan, MMS Error (See SIM Card)
  • 3: Under Wireless, “recipients” ensure no dashes or special characters are in the phone number 706-555-1234.
  • Parameter Error: Try using a different SD Card

If you receive a “Program out of order” message while logging into your app, this is caused by having a special character in the camera name/description (an apostrophe is usually the main cause, ex. JP’s). Remove the character in the camera name (JPs) and update the settings, this will have to be done on the website.
